About Us
Archival materials include manuscripts, publications, maps, photographs, memorabilia, plans, electronic records and official records documenting the history of Miami University. These materials will normally be permanently retained in the Archives.

Location:
The Archives is located in the old Withrow Court locker area, directly across from McKie
Baseball Field. There is a single, outside, public entrance on the north side of the
facility. The Archives is not directly accessible from the Withrow Court building.
Hours: The Archives is open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and other hours by appointment. It is closed on holidays when other University offices are closed. Patrons are urged to phone ahead whenever possible.
Services:
Computer and paper indexes to the collection are available for patrons. Staff will also
assist with copying, scanning, and other special requirements.
